Return & Exchange Policy

At Casa Pop, we want you to love your purchase! But if something doesn't seem right, don’t worry—we’re here to help make things right. We accept returns in unused condition within 10 days of delivery to you.

1. How Do I Start a Return?
We’ve made returns super simple:

  1. Drop us a message at info@casapop.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We’ll send you the return address and instructions to get your item back to us.
  3. Please note, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your item reaches us safely.

2. When Will I Get My Refund?
Once your returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we’ll send you an email to let you know the outcome. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. This usually happens within 3-5 business days.

3. In what condition we don't refund?

Return items must be:

  • Showing no signs of using or damaging.
  • Not purchased with discounted code. (Purchase with discount code can only be refunded in store credits.)
  • Not purchased with store credits.
  • Kept with the original packaging and tags. 
  • Returned within 10 days after arrival. 

Besides above, we do not refund origial shipping costs. We reserve the right to turn down the returns that do not meet the above criteria.

 

4. Do I receive refund if my requested item is no longer available?

Yes! If the requested item is no longer available at the time of return processing, a credit/refund will be issued.

5. Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, just email us at info@casapop.store with your order details and 2-3 photos of the issue. We’ll fix it by sending you a brand new replacement—no hassle and no extra cost to you. This policy is valid within 7 days of the delivery date. 

6. Want to Exchange Something?
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items at this time. If that’s the case, just reach out and we’ll get it sorted for you!
